Shipping Information
- $49 and UP = FREE Standard Shipping for all USA Orders!
- Most US based orders are shipped directly from our warehouses within 24-48 hrs for your convenience and maximum efficiency.
- Your product will arrive within 7 to 10 Business Days. Faster Shipping available at checkout.
- All International (Non-US) orders incur a $25 shipping charge which are shipped via standard US Mail and may take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
Return Policy
- If you are not completely satisfied with your Zip Grinders product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges). Please contact us for return requests by calling our support line at 1 (786) 508 2508 or emailing specific reasons you wish to return your product to support@zipgrinders.com.
- You will be issued a Return Mechandise Authorization (RMA#).
